The Single Gal Life Progression Group

Among today’s growing single population, 63 percent have never been married, 23 percent are divorced, and 13 percent are widowed. Of that staggering single population, the majority of which are living independently of their own accord, 53 percent of singles are women.

There are more single women now than there has been in history.  Times have changed and the dating game has changed as well. Yet, many of us are depressed, lost, and just down right unhappy with being single. Some people look at being single as it is some disease, while others are so bored and lonely that they are allowing their lives to pass them by all in hopes that the special one will come along.

I've been there before...

I understand the loneliness that comes with being single. I get the constant questions asking me "when I am going to settle down or get married" from outside parties who do not live your life.

I have become jealous of everyone around me on social media getting married and starting their lives all while I sat at home eating pizza's for 4.

I did enter into unnecessary and toxic relationships because I was afraid of being alone.

I did hang on to damaged men way longer than I should have because I was comfortable and didn't want to "start all over again."

I've let life pass me by hoping to settle down and wait for the one to approach me, but all that stopped when I was home one day coincidentally writing on Facebook for the 20th time about how good of a partner I would be.

I thought "there is more to life than just hoping to get married."

Marriage/Relationships can be a good thing, but if waiting for it and trying to force a marriage consumes your mind, then it can be unhealthy and can lead to failed marriages/relationships and ultimately back to being single again....

I was this able bodied 20-something year old who had a full life ahead of her and created this program to not just help me, but anyone else out there who felt as though they weren't enough.

I didn't use alcohol to mask my pain, nor drugs. I did try meditation and that helped but didn't resolve my complete mental fears and issues.

Finally, I sat down and created a thorough program to help single women be more secure in being being single. It wasn't just about saying nice words, but by taking ACTION and going outside of myself.

In my Single Gal Life Progression program, I will transform your life by helping you:
